Is my son less of a person created in God's image because his chromosomes are arranged a bit more uniquely than that of most people? God knit him together in his birth mother's womb and this story puts a pit in my stomach that in the world's eyes he is somehow less worthy of life...how long before it is socially and legally acceptable to kill such children even after having been born?

Interesting that Mohler cites an 85-90% reduction in Down births "in some regions". If this is true, then it seems to indicate that many individuals who identify themselves as strongly pro-life suddenly become pro-choice when the need arises.

This is painful, almost too hard to bear. They are defenseless children. God help us all, and I pray the government can put a stop to this.
