Barna's "Revolution"

At the DG conference a couple of people asked me for my take on George Barna's book called Revolution. Assuming this would be helpful to a wider audience, I'll re-post some critical reviews below.
  • Sam Storms's reviewed the book at the Enjoying God site, Part 1 and Part 2.
  • Kevin Miller reviewed the book in CT.
  • Chris Treat reviewed it for Reformation 21.
  • Greg Gilbert reviewed it for 9Marks.
  • Al Mohler reviewed it for his website.
  • Three professors from Indiana Wesleyan University wrote a letter to their students, urging them not to buy the book. Quotable line: "First, from a biblical standpoint, this text would fail any and all of our exegesis classes."
I hope that helps.
