Storms: Amillennialism and the Millennial Kingdom of Revelation 20 (1)

When I posted Sam Storms's chapter on Problems with Premillennialism, a number of folks asked about Revelation 20. So I've now posted online a PDF of his chapter on Amillennialism and the Millennial Kingdom of Revelation 20 (1). He devotes two chapters to Rev. 20; this is the first. Please note that it's a rough draft, not the final form as it will appear in the book.

Hmm... doesn't seem like Storms contributes too much in the way of a new affirmation of amillennialism. He seems to be just reiterating the typical arguments.

I don't think Storms is attempting to put forth new arguments for Amillennialism. What seems to be the goal is to provide a straight forward description of the Theology in an age where it is greatly misunderstood.

For students like me who just started to seriously look at amillennialism, we don't necessarily need new arguments. We want a good exegetical primer into it. Storms has been helping correct misunderstandings that I had.

Besides, if I wanted new arguments for things I certainly wouldn't waste my time reading the reformers and puritans ;)

But i have a question -- i work at a Lifeway and Amill resources are few and far between but Kim RiddleBarger's A Case for Amillennialism has struck my interest...any thoughts?
