CBS News is digging itself further and further into a hole with each passing day. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion.
Today CBS brought out a new sympathizer, Bill Glennon. (For Glennon's "analysis," see below).
But get this: CBS refers to Glennon as a "document expert." And yet Glennon today told the Washington Post the he is not a document expert!
Whom do you believe?
A pattern has emerged. CBS trots out witnesses. And they invariably report the next day that they have either been misled by CBS or that CBS misused their comments. Marcel Matley was the signature expert relied upon in the non-retraction story on Friday. But he tells the WaPo: "There's no way that I, as a document expert, can authenticate them. . . . I knew I could not prove them authentic just from my expertise."
