Steve Hays provides a withering critique (Part 1; Part 2; Part 3) of Ben Witherington's new book, The Problem with Evangelical Theology: Testing the Exegetical Foundations of Calvinism, Dispensationalism, and Wesleyanism. Let's just say that Hays is not impressed with Professor Witherington's understanding or critique of Calvinism.
(BTW, in case you're wondering, I don't endorse Hays' tone in some of the critique, although the content is spot on.)
(One other thing to note: Hays comes from the exhaustive-is-not-exhausting camp.)
