Wow, that looks like a great film about a couple of great men...hopefully the anticipation will not exceed the actual event. Thanks, Justin, for all your great posts over the years...enjoy and have a wondrous CHRISTmas and may 2007 be a fantastic year for you and yours
So are they holding the suspense for the revealing of identities of the champion and the old man? Don't bother asking anybody who they are, they only know back as far as Martin Luther King.
I can't trust Hollywood but perhaps the true nature of the work of Christianity in the Western world that has made the difference between it and the other "civilizations" may come through in this film.
It was not science and humanism that broke the chains of slavery. One man of faith in England, one man of faith in America...
Should Amazing Grace be played with anything but bagpipes, that is the question ;). With drums of course. Have you ever heard the Dropkick Murphy's version. I wish my church could have that for worship one Sunday :). Guess its the Scottish side of me coming out.

wow. I can't believe they made this movie. I hope it ends up being as good as it looks!

The still shot on this post looks like a hobbit.
So...whats the big deal?
How many times do we have to hear Amazing Grace on Bag Pipes? Are there no other instruments that can play it?
