Poythress: He Makes the Winds Blow

I don't read World Magazine any more (mainly due to their restricted web access), but I did notice that they now have Vern Poythress writing a column--apparently they are short meditations on a theme from a biblical perspective. This is a great move!

Here's his article reflecting on the recent hurricanes from a God-centered point of view: He Makes the Winds Blow.

Thanks, Justin, for linking to Vern Poythress' column in WORLD. We're happy to have him writing for us, too. Please know that whenever you link to a WORLD article from your blog, your readers will be able to read that particular article in its entirety for free.

We'd love to have you back as a regular WORLD reader.

Justin,
I find myself in agreement with over 99% of what you write, but here we appear to disagree. I think WORLD (in print and on-line) is well worth the subscription price. In fact, it is seems quite a shame that my favorite blogger (JT) is not reading my favorite magazine (WORLD)

Have a wonderful weekend,

Dan Erickson

Personally, I think given Justin's huge readership, he should receive a complementary subscription to World magazine. It's good PR for "World" every time he links to an article...

Thank you for your kind and supportive words, Dan. We really appreciate readers like you.

And Damontitus, you make a good point. If Justin will contact me, I'll see what I can do.
