People, as evidenced by previous posts, can we please make sure we are careful with distinguishing between Armenian and Arminian when discussing Calvinism. Armenian is a term used to describe a people (The Armenian people), the inhabitants of a country (Armenia) and an Eastern Christian tradition (Armenian Christians).
Arminian is used to describe a particular theological position within Western Christian Protestant theology.

One does not wish to appear ignorant and insensitive.

Is this a new version of Piper's explanation of TULIP or the same version that has been online for a while?

Here is what Abraham Piper tells me:

John Piper teaches the same TULIP seminar every 2 years. So the newly posted material will be basically what was already available, but with the addition of whatever has been freshly on his mind since the last time he taught it.

The main upgrade is that we now offer video, too, and not just the audio and notes.
