Issat Ibrahim--former Deputy Chairman of the Revolutionary Comman Council in Iraq, and the most wanted man on the Most-Wanted List--was captured today in Tikrit.
Update: Confusion in Iraq. It's unclear whether Ibrahim has really been capture. Stay tuned....
